Bloody Mary Recipe
One of my favorite drinks regardless of the season is a flavorful Bloody Mary. Some like them hot and some like them mild but whatever your preference this easy recipe works well.
4 ounces The Original Clamato Juice
2 ounces vodka
1 shake garlic powder
2 shakes celery salt
3 dashes Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 slices lime
2 slices jalapeno pepper
1 teaspoon horseradish
Sprinkle the celery salt on a flat sauce. Rub the rim of the glass with a slice of lime and gently rub the moist edge with the celery salt.
Add the Clamato juice, vodka, garlic powder, Worcestershire Sauce, juice of the remaining lime wedge and the horseradish to a shaker and shake well. Taste for seasoning and heat and adjust if necessary.
Strain into an ice filled celery salt rimmed glass, add the jalapeno pepper slices and garnish with pimiento stuffed green olives.
