Lifetime Limited Warranty
Plum Street Pottery (“Company”) warrants its products to the original consumer purchaser against defects in
material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the home that the Plum Street Pottery
product is originally installed in. If the product is installed in a commercial application the warranty is limited to
a period of ten (10) years from date of purchase. Any products that prove to be defective under normal use
and service during the warranty period will be at the Company’s option to repair or replace with a new or
improved part. Labor and other installation costs to repair or replace defective products are excluded from
this limited warranty and are the sole responsibility of the consumer purchaser.
This limited warranty does not cover defects to merchandise caused by: improper installation, careless
handling, alteration, misuse or misapplication, maintenance or use of harsh, abnormal or abrasive chemical
cleaning products.
Except as provided herein, the Company makes no warranties either expressed or implied, as to any matter
whatsoever including the condition of the merchandise, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty
implied by law and not effectively excluded by this limited warranty is limited to the duration and remedies of
this limited warranty. In no event shall the Company be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of
the merchandise. The above warranty does not include incidental, special or consequential damages of any
kind and the Company disclaims any liability for any such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or a duration for an implied warranty, so the above
limitations may not apply to you (consumer). This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
